There are a lot of workouts out there that I think are longer then they need to be, but they feel they have to add more time to make it seem worth it. This is not the case with the new workout Focus T25 from Shaun T. This workout is 5 days a week and 25 minutes a day and it is sure to give you one of the most intense workouts in the shortest amount of time.
I like this concept! I have kids, I have work, I have things to do and can’t spend 90 minutes a day getting to the gym and getting a workout in. This is just what the doctor ordered for me. Now it does not release till the end of June, but I am sure going to scoop this up and do a full fledged review of Focus T25 when I can.
